Cox Automation Systems names Mike Macsek as Chief Operating

Cox Automation Systems has named Mike Macsek as Chief Operating
Officer of Cox Automation Systems, effective February 26, 2007.
Mike will be replacing Paul Gustafson who had been filling in as
acting President for the last 4 ½
months.
The reorganization was announced at Cox's Bloomingdale office on
Friday, February 23rd. Mike Macsek will be reporting to
Martin Pfister, who is based at Seckler AG, another member
company of Ixmation.
Ixmation is a division of Conzzeta Holding, specializing in
industrial automation. Conzzeta, whose shares are quoted
on the SWX Swiss Exchange, is an industrial holding company with
activities in the areas of Machinery and Systems Engineering as
well as Consumer and Industrial Products (foam materials,
sporting goods, paints and varnishes) and property management.
The Conzzeta Group companies, with around 2900 employees,
generated revenues of one billion CHF in 2005. |
